He has created overall direction for companies, implemented all marketing facets, managed the sales process, and worked closely with the operations team to insure successful completion of the direction. Larry has an extensive understanding of Contact Management Systems and the strength of using them effectively for tracking activity, forecasting, and marketing. He is a branding expert who helps with product/service lines and placing them correctly in the market for maximum effectiveness.

HOME Jim Dismore - Senior Advisor

Founder of Kingdom Way Companies has more than five decades of experience in retailing and manufacturing. Early in his career, he was recruited by Sam Walton to expand Wal-Mart stores across the United States and into China. When he left Wal-Mart as one of the original Senior Vice Presidents, Jim felt a call to teach others how fundamentals in business using Biblical principles can promote growth. After a series of senior management positions with various companies. Jim became the President and CEO of Ultimate Support Systems, where he put his convictions to work. Since then he has been consulting to teach others what he has learned and has led thousands of businesses to new plateaus of success.
